10K Training - Day 4

The goal today: just complete the distance. 4 miles in the bag. Felt pretty good, and I know after a few weeks it won’t feel that far. I did it on the treadmill because I was at home. I really hate running on the treadmill because it’s harder to just run by effort—you have to choose a specific pace and you’re sort of locked into that unless you want to constantly fiddle with the buttons. As a result I tend to run slower on the treadmill vs. the track. Ah, well.

Now I’m on my way back to school—definitely ready for my rest day tomorrow. ✌️
